Welcome to Hartshanger Self Catering Holidays on Exmoor

Hartshanger is set just above the village of Porlock in the heart of the Exmoor National Park.

The top floor of the main house and the coach house have been converted into beautiful self-catering accommodation. Beams, sloping ceilings and patchwork quilts in the bedrooms. We share our wonderful home with a small dog called Rufus and the occasional deer and badger. We are set in the middle of about 5 acres with wonderful views over Porlock Bay and the Bristol Channel towards Wales.

This is a peaceful place, with the only sounds being that of the surf on the beach below and the occasional call from a seagull, buzzard, cow or sheep. It is the ideal place for those wanting to get away from it all and relax or walk our beautiful Exmoor countryside.
